Job Description
The role covers the full project lifecycle starting with requirement gathering through stakeholder collaboration interviews and workshops. It involves analyzing processes to identify improvements and preparing BRDs and functional solution design coordination with IT ensures alignment with business goals. Project management tasks include planning scheduling tracking and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities also cover testing and validation through test plans UAT and issue resolution. Ongoing stakeholder communication is maintained via updates presentations and timely trackers.
Gathering:
with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
interviews workshops and surveys to understand business needs.
and Documentation:
business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
Design:
with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions.
solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Management:
in project planning scheduling and tracking.
with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
and Validation:
test plans and test cases to validate solutions.
user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved.
Communication:
regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
and present reports and presentations to management.

Qualifications
a)Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
b)Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
c)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
d)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e)Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
f)Knowledge of project management methodologies
Work Experience
a.4-5 years of relevant experience
or equivalent degree

Associate in Project Management
