Were looking for a Business Transformation Analyst to lead initiatives that boost operational efficiency improve costs and embed best practices across our waste management operations. This role blends strategy data analysis and process improvementmaking a real impact on sustainability and service delivery.

What Youll Do
- Lead business optimization strategies aligning them with company goals.
- Analyze operations identify inefficiencies and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve workflows.
- Use data insights to design and implement smart sustainable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change projects.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion on time and on budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Environmental Science Industrial Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years in business optimization or process improvementideally in waste management or environmental services.
- Strong Lean/Six Sigma skills with proven project management experience.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities and a collaborative solutions-focused mindset.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
