Job Description

VOICE Psychologists & Allied Professionals (Part of The Sarina Russo Group) prides itself on the delivery of clinical services designed as interventions that are effective in assisting individuals with their mental health. Our VOICE staff are qualified professionally registered and are highly experienced. Our face-to-face services are provided across Queensland Victoria and New South Wales and we delivered telehealth across Australia. At VOICE our team prides itself on its focus upon getting the most effective outcomes. We are seeking aqualified Psychologist or Counsellorto join our dedicated team supporting participants in the Australia Governments Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This is a diverse and rewarding role where youll work directly with clients to improve mental health build resilience and support pathways to employment.
Location: Fraser Coast
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provideclinical assessments therapeutic interventions and tailored support plans for clients with complex barriers to employment.
- Deliverindividual and group counsellingfocused on mental health motivation and workplace readiness.
- Collaborate with employment consultants allied health professionals and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
- Contribute to the development and delivery ofinnovative programsthat promote wellbeing and employment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and contractual standards.
About You:
- Registration withAHPRA(Psychologist) or relevant professional body for Counsellors (e.g. PACFA).
- Experience working with clients with disability mental health conditions or psychosocial barriers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A flexible and proactive approach to managing caseloads and shifting priorities.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
