At Amgen Breda medicines are labeled assembled stored and shipped to countries all over the world. Every day more than 1000 people from 38 nationalities work together in supply chain manufacturing quality marketing sales and clinical research.
Join our International and Distribution Quality (IDQ) team and become part of a dynamic group of Quality professionals dedicated to ensuring that Amgens Benelux Quality Management System (QMS) complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for the manufacturing storage and distribution of medicinal products.
During your internship you will:
Participate in a variety of quality activities with a focus on product complaints Quality records (e.g. Deviations CAPAs Change Controls) and Quality training content.
Support and contribute to key projects across the EMEA region collaborating with international stakeholders to maintain and improve global quality standards.
Gain practical insights into how GDP (and partially GMP) guidelines are implemented within a pharmaceutical setting.
Visit and engage with our Breda Production and Warehousing site enhancing your understanding of end-to-end operations.
Be coached and supported by the QA Manager and encouraged to participate actively as a valued team member.
Receive guidance on navigating your first corporate experience including cross-functional collaboration communication and proactive thinking.
As an intern you will:
Deliver improved solutions to enhance customer experience and compliance related to product complaint handling.
Simplify and improve Quality training related to product complaints especially in the context of new product introductions or lifecycle management activities.
Support the quality and compliance of Quality records as part of Amgens global QMS.

Were looking for students with a passion for learning and a strong motivation to support our mission to serve patients. To succeed in this role you should have:
Enrollment in a pre-final year of a Bachelors program preferably in Pharmacy Biotechnology Life Sciences or Supply Chain.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive and organized approach to tasks with the ability to work independently.
An analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interest in process analysis and continuous improvement.
(Preferred) Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g. Smartsheet) and a basic understanding of GDP/GMP principles.
