Your Team Responsibilities
Based in Budapest you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and integration of MSCIs index solutions within the Asset Owner segment. You will drive proactive management and growth of existing client relationships.
You will take a consultative approach working closely with clients to understand their investment policies objectives and long-term goals. By aligning MSCIs index offerings and research with their needs youll deliver meaningful value.
In this role you will focus on existing client relationships through targeted business development and strengthening existing partnerships by ensuring our solutions continue to support their evolving priorities.
Your goal will be to embed MSCIs indexes at the heart of your clients investment strategies fostering long-term strategic relationships and contributing to the continued growth of MSCIs presence in the asset owner space.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Relationship management with existing clients building a deep understanding of client goals to ensure the new indexes align with client needs.
- Identification of up-selling and cross-product selling potential and play a key role in renewal management with account specific retention strategies.
- Directly assist clients via phone and email by answering detailed questions on our products and methodology including
- Providing trainings on the usage of our products tools and applications
- Assisting clients with the ongoing usage of our products data requests
- Conduct service reviews with clients on a regular basis to maintain client servicing standards Sales Research Product Management Finance and Product Delivery groups
- Ensure current clients are aware of important changes and developments to the MSCI indexes and as appropriate solicit feedback.
- Take ownership of various initiatives that are aiming to improve the client experience and the efficiency of our processes.
- Gain a deep understanding of MSCI index construction methodologies This includes remaining up to date with ongoing enhancements as well as new products as necessary.
- Work with internal departments to ensure all clients requests/inquiries are managed appropriately
- Maintain accurate records regarding account visits client conversations etc.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- 3-5 years experience in client service/relationship management
- Fluency in English another European language is an advantage
- Excellent communication presentation and time management skills with the ability to clearly communicate complicated concepts or methodologies verbally or in writing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Numerate bachelors degree required (Master/CFA would be a plus). Familiar with MS Office
- Good understanding of capital markets and investment products and keen interest in understanding the latest developments in the financial markets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight short-term deadlines
