HUGO BOSS Las Rozas Madrid Outet is seeking a Stockist / Warehouse Assistant to join our team located in C.C Las Rozas Village Juan Ramon Jimenez Local 101 3.
- 36hours per week of contract. From Thursday to Sundays. 6 hours per week.
- Rotating Schedule.
- High level of english B2.
- Experience in retail Business such as runner or Stockist in Outlet.
- Inmediate Incorporation.
In your role as a Stockist / Warehouse Assistant you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.
- Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience
- Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed
- Experience in a similar position where goals have been set met and exceeded.
- Physical ability as this job involves moving merchandise and standing for long periods.
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the business tasks and store requirements.
- Proactivity; initiative to follow instructions and pay attention to detail especially in product replenishment and inventory management.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
- Passion and knowledge about the brand.
