Your Tasks
- Liderar y ejecutar planes estratgicos con clientes clave impulsando crecimiento rentable y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
- Ser el socio estratgico del cliente negociando acuerdos de alto impacto y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Optimizar la inversin comercial y potenciar la presencia de nuestras marcas en el punto de venta con estrategias ganadoras.
- Garantizar un flujo de abastecimiento eficiente gestionando inventarios y variables logsticas crticas.
- Desarrollar y motivar al equipo brindando liderazgo coaching y visin para alcanzar el siguiente nivel de desempeo.
- Analizar resultados y liderar la colaboracin con marketing trade y otras reas para maximizar el valor de cada cuenta.
Your Profile
- Formacin acadmica: Profesional en Comercializacin Administracin de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mnima: 3 aos gestionando cuentas preferentemente en Mayoristas.
- Competencias clave: Orientacin a resultados y pensamiento estratgico liderazgo organizacin. Tolerancia a la frustracin.
- Ingls intermedio/avanzado.
- Exel avanzado
