Job Description

Axis Communications has an exciting position for a Key Account Manager End Customers based in The Netherlands.

As Key Account Manager End Customers you will be responsible for drivingsales with selected end customer accounts in The Netherlandsand todevelop and implement business plans to grow the business in the next 5 years.

The position is office based in Rotterdam (Capelle aan den IJssel).

You will be responsible for continuously evaluating annual targets and finalizing projects with assigned accounts. This role also involves collaborating with all Axis departments including Sales Operations Sales Engineers Marketing and Post-sales Support to maintain a comprehensive 360 customer relationship.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience with end customer sales in B2B environments together with a strong business acumen and have experience in selling high value solutions. You need to be able totake initiatives challenge our ways of working and suggest improvement areas. It is important to be an active listener and understand the customer needs to create the best value propositionfor each account. We are looking for someone transparent loyal and committed as a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and transversal organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Key Account Manager End Customers you will be responsible forthe strategic management of the account the realization of the sales target and KPIs and development of deepening the relationship. At the same time you find new opportunities for other Axis products and solutions. A business plans is key and drives your priorities and activities. This all is complemented with identifying and influencing all key stakeholders and the eco-system partners for the different activities.

You will actively participate in selected associations tradeshows market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities. You will update maintain and share all the major information within the accounts through Salesforce.

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • Proven track record in sales preferably within Security or IT
  • 5 years experience in the role of sales for large end customers
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales
  • Account planning & mapping experience (business plans)
  • High technical interest
  • Used to complex sales management in fast paced environments
  • Strong account management and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels
  • Strong communication (verbal listening written) presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Knowledge of the physical or IT security market will be an advantage
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Fluent in Dutch & English languages written and spoken.
