Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to offer support to individuals with Brain Injuries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency in their daily lives by working on cognitive and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injuries in their homes in the community or at our therapy centers.
Implement personalized care to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Accurately collect and record behavioral data
Apply strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives ensuring interventions are ethically and effectively implemented.
Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends are allowed but not necessary
No night shifts

Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies:

Empathy active listening motivational support and problem-solving skills
Organizational capability
Strong interpersonal communication skills
DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
Valid Drivers License
Valid Car insurance

Experience:

Caregiving: 1 year or related field
RBT Cert. (preferred)
Previous experience with BI patents (preferred)
Associates or Bachelors in a related field such as Psychology Social Work Counseling etc. (preferred)
