Requirements of the Federal Proposal Specialist:
- Bachelors degree: 5 years of experience in federal AEC industry preferred
- Direct experience managing proposals (SF-330 submissions) and TORNs for the Federal Government (DOD GSA etc)
- Proficiency in InDesign Deltek and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of AEC marketing principles proposal development and go/no-go process.
- Proficient in SOQ/proposal production including digital and printing/binding.
