Job Description

  • Supervise and support the donor services team providing guidance and training.
  • Manage telemarketing campaigns through the telephone system (Genesys): create campaigns assign leads to tele agents and generate reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance ensuring high standards of service.
  • Prepare reports on donor service activities and outcomes for supervisors providing suggestions for performance improvement and alerting the supervisor when any issues arise that require attention.
  • Handle escalated donor enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to respond to donor enquiries aiming to improve the donor experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and feedback.
  • Analyze donor data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration nonprofit management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor services or customer services with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing telemarketing campaigns using a telephone system preferably Genesys.
  • Ability to handle complaints and enquiries from donors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Languages: Native Thai professional working proficiency in English.
