We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Account Manager to join our Gaming Vertical Team at X APAC this role you will manage and nurture relationships with gaming clients across the APAC region leveraging your expertise to help them achieve their advertising goals using Xs platform. This position requires a strong background in performance marketing fluency in Mandarin and English and a passion for delivering results in the fast-evolving gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for gaming clients educating and consulting them on how to maximize Xs advertising products to meet their goals including user acquisition engagement and retention strategies specific to the gaming sector.

  • Campaign Management: Execute optimize and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards with a focus on performance marketing metrics relevant to gaming clients.

  • Issue Resolution: Address campaign issues promptly and effectively while identifying and implementing process improvements tailored to the needs of gaming advertisers.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts renewals and financial operations collaborating with the Sales Finance team to ensure smooth payables and collections processes.

  • Product Feedback: Provide actionable insights and feedback to product and tools teams to enhance Xs advertising platform for gaming industry clients.

  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor new team members sharing best practices and expertise specific to the gaming vertical.

Experience:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies ideally with a focus on gaming clients or tech ad sales environments.

  • Performance Marketing: Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing particularly in driving user acquisition and engagement for mobile apps or games.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming industry including trends challenges and opportunities is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English with the ability to foster strong client relationships and articulate complex ideas clearly.

  • Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to analyze campaign performance derive insights and optimize results based on key performance drivers.

  • Relationship Management: Experience managing large client accounts resolving conflicts and driving business decisions in a collaborative environment

  • Team Dynamics: Aptitude creativity and a preference for working in small collaborative teams with minimal supervision.

  • Education: Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.

  • Language Proficiency: Business professional level fluency in Mandarin is preferred as this role is required to work with Chinese clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the APAC gaming market and its competitive landscape.

  • Hands-on experience with Xs advertising products or similar advertising platforms.

  • Established network or relationships within the gaming industry.

  • Prior experience in a tech ad sales environment.
