Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervision advisement and development experience for student staff and leaders Genuine Interest and enthusiasm for direct student interaction with a demonstrated understanding of student learning and success Strong customer service critical thinking consensus building and problem-solving skills Experience with StarRez Housing Software Maxient Judicial Software Banner or similar systems Prior experience with on-call emergency response practices in a university setting Experience and/or background in crisis management and student development
Work Schedule
Standard working schedule: 8:30am 5:00pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
