Job Description
- Working with key stakeholders acts as subject matter and technical expert identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
- Serves as an escalation contact creates builds and maintains relationships with internal partners external vendors and managers.
- Proactively anticipates operational issues and leads process enhancement initiatives.
- Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. Oversees the research and implements complex process improvements.
- Oversees operational workflow tracking performs incident analysis. Evaluates and enhances workflows.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of operations experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
