Job Description

Monitors various controls and procedures to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Serves as an escalation point to resolve technical issues.

Monitors various controls and procedures to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Serves as an escalation point to resolve technical issues.
Core Responsibilities
  • Working with key stakeholders acts as subject matter and technical expert identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
  • Serves as an escalation contact creates builds and maintains relationships with internal partners external vendors and managers.
  • Proactively anticipates operational issues and leads process enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. Oversees the research and implements complex process improvements.
  • Oversees operational workflow tracking performs incident analysis. Evaluates and enhances workflows.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of operations experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
