Job Description

Ecosure - a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection is rapidly expanding globally. We are looking for a full-time Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Japan.

As a Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor you will support food service brands by conducting on-site evaluations and training that ensure compliance with the highest standards in food safety hygiene guest experience and brand protection.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting food safety brand standard and health and safety audits at client sites

  • Providing coaching and training to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices

  • Reporting accurately and maintaining strong client communication

  • Applying industry-leading knowledge and monitoring practices

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a food safety qualification

  • Are fluent in Japanese

  • Have experience in food safety auditing

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Food safety certifications such as HACCP ISO22000

  • Experience in retail food safety and brand standard audits

  • Ability to coach and consult in food-related settings

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently with good judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
