PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The BAC Services Controlling Cross team focuses on standardizing and harmonizing key Controlling processes and tools adoption of best practices and act as trusted advisor to the CS&D Services Management on regional and global level. The department drives key steering dimensions and coordinates management reporting to support business leaders on their transformation journey.

The Expert FP&A Analyst will be responsible for leading and executing financial analysis steering and automation of financial processes within our services business. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning & analysis excellent analytical skills and proficiency in developing automation strategies to streamline processes reduce errors and drive efficiencies.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support the development and application of financial analysis and modelling techniques to aid business decision-making.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at automating financial reporting and analysis processes using available tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Help maintain key financial metrics dashboards and reports to monitor the performance and progress of automation initiatives.
• Provide support and insights on financial steering to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Learn and grow as a subject-matter contributor to the services business while delivering analysis that supports business performance.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree and/or MBA in Finance Accounting Business or a related field
• professional work experience with a strong focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics is a benefit
• Experience with common SAP applications (e.g. ISP BW) and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills strong sense of prioritization results and execution focused
• Comfort with working in a virtual team and independently showing significant own initiative
• Excellent interpersonal verbal presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management
• Fluent English language skills oral and written
