The Role
You will:
Identify develop and secure new business opportunities in the project logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions.
Lead strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify emerging opportunities and provide innovative solutions to our clients.
What Were Looking For
A driven professional with a proven track record in business development preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A dynamic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces challenges with a positive energetic attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to craft bespoke logistics solutions for complex projects.
Proven success in global project forwarding business development.
You have the skillset to talk the project logistics language with customers and turning customer requirements into business opportunities
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of global freight forwarding operations and markets.
Demonstrated critical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions.
5 years of relevant working experience in project and sales within the freight forwarding industry.
Commercially focused & result orientated.
Good communication skills.
Strong teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in management Marketing Sales or related field of study preferred.
