Job Summary
This request is for the replacement of OCR ID 290435 as OCR ID 290435 has expired.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for payment solutions (e.g. FAST PayNow SWIFT cross-border payments)
- Analyze current payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers testers and product owners in agile teams.
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment regulations across APAC countries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Around 1 year of experience in business analysis preferably in banking or fintech
- Familiarity with payment systems and transaction banking
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
