What you will do:
As Business Operations Assistant you will be responsible for supporting our team with day-to-day operational functions administrative and tasks with a specific focus on learning and contributing to the management of high impact activities. You will be given a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a high-profile event in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive management to ensure smooth execution of internal operations and external engagements. This is an opportunity to develop real-world skills in business operations executive support and end-to-end event planning.
How you will do it:
- Manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments critical to the executive management
- Coordinate travel logistics for team members and event attendees including flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense claims accurately and promptly to support budget management
- Support planning and logistical support for internal and external engagements (e.g. venue booking materials schedules set up)
- Maintain updated records contact lists and relevant documentation systems related to event coordination and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide comprehensive hands-on operational support as required
- Assist in liaising with vendors partners and service providers related to event logistics.

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in operations and event management with proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with team members across functions.

- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Able to commit to a 3 months contract period.
