THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT OPS for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog.
- Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices.
- Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions.
- Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision.
- Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation performance improvement etc.)
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in IT Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in steering and managing production operations.
- Familiarity with IT risk management and cyber security principles.
- Proven coordination and motivation skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Capability to delegate tasks appropriately and manage responsibilities across teams.
- Possesses systematic critical and logical thinking to address complex problems.
- Excellent summarization skills ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Highly committed with a demanding yet pedagogical approach to team development and success.
