At Sarawak our IT-department services hundreds of employees managers and representatives working in stores on the road and at our headquarters in Groot-Bijgaarden every day. To strengthen our team we are looking for an IT Support Officer (1st Line) who enjoys hands-on work and being the first point of contact for (basic) technical questions.
What will you do
Equipment Management
- Prepare IT equipment for new colleagues (setting up laptops tablets request e-SIM cards via Orange).
- Collect IT equipment from leaving employees by following a checklist.
- Provide basic first line technical support for all IT-related issues with hardware & software: laptops tablets automated BringMe-reception desk 3CX telephone services or beamers/projectors/televisions in our meeting rooms.
- Check IT-equipment such as inspections of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment (TVs projectors etc.) and keeping everything up to date.
1st Line Helpdesk Support
- Solve issues related to mobile telephony and e-SIMs (Orange bundles). You will have access to the Orange Business Helpdesk for complicated issues.
- Manage access rights (SharePoint online folder structure HQ badge system).
- Reset passwords (mailboxes internal tools).
- Handle support tickets (via ticketing system) from field representatives merchandisers sales promoters managers and HQ staff.
- Escalate more complex requests to external service providers or the internal IT team.
- Be the first point of contact for employees managers and directors regarding IT-related questions.
- During the onboarding procedure you will share the basic ICT information towards new colleagues (info: software hardware telephone IT-policy and how to use the ticketing system).
Who are we looking for
We welcome both junior and expert profiles the most important thing is that you enjoy helping colleagues work in a structured way and communicate clearly.
- You are available for 2 to 3 days per week (3/5 16h or 24h).
- You can work either as a freelancer or as an employee.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- You have an affinity with IT support troubleshooting and equipment management.
