Location: Hyderabad (Tue/Wed/Thu Onsite)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
We are seeking a Partner Ops Specialist with 2 4 years of experience in CRM/Partner Support. The role involves supporting partner queries managing onboarding activities and ensuring smooth operational execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage partner-facing requests effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve partner queries via Outlook.

Perform internal operational activities to support partners.

Validate and process deployment registrations for partner onboarding.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance in partner-related tasks.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline partner operations.
Must-Have Skills

CRM/Partner Support (2 4 years).

Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written).

Outlook (handling partner communication).

Good-to-Have Skills
