Job Summary
A leading banking institution in Brussels is seeking an IT Workplace Support Expert to provide second-line technical assistance optimize digital workplace environments and deliver premium support to VIP users. This role involves hands-on work with modern Microsoft technologies and offers an opportunity to enhance user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incidents related to workplace equipment escalated by the Service Desk (2nd line support)
Deliver high-quality assistance to VIPs including department heads and executive committee members
Manage and follow up on IT Service Requests and equipment provisioning for employees
Perform software packaging and deployment tasks
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Intune Teams Exchange Entra ID / Azure AD)
Contribute to Digital Employee Experience (DEX) improvement using Nexthink Infinity and propose corrective actions
Participate in the testing selection and rollout of new workplace technologies and devices (e.g. MS Teams Rooms)
Help implement operational metrics and monitor service levels
Maintain and share technical knowledge across support teams
Support process automation initiatives
Collaborate with third-line support and external vendors when required
