Are you passionate about leading change that makes a real impact Were looking for a Change Manager to support the successful transition to a new regulatory platform for vaping and smoking. This is a unique opportunity to shape how change is delivered across the Ministry - working with internal teams and sector stakeholders to ensure the new platform is adopted smoothly effectively and with confidence.
Develop and implement change management strategies processes and tools that align with project timelines and objectives.
Identify and work with key stakeholders including Ministry staff and regulated parties to gather input address concerns and support adoption.
Conduct impact assessments on business processes policies and personnel and develop mitigation plans to manage risks and challenges.
Create clear communication plans and collaborate with training teams to ensure end-users are informed and equipped to use the new platform.
Facilitate post-implementation reviews gather feedback and recommend improvements to change management practices and service deliver
Ko ng pkenga u - What youll bring
5 years experience in a Change Manager role on a system implementation rollout
Demonstrated experience creating and embedding a Change Management Strategy that includes organisation wide impacts
Expert understanding of change management principles methodologies and tools
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively at all levels across a large multi-disciplinary organisation
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated intuition and the ability to balance good process with the need to make clear decisions in demanding situations
