Recruitment Assistant - The role:

As a Recruitment Assistant you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and effective recruitment process across our UK offices supporting a wide range of business functions.

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and external suppliers including recruitment agencies
  • Manage recruitment approvals and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (Workday)
  • Coordinate interviews and assessment events liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all interview activity is recorded and tracked appropriately
  • Support recruitment reporting including interview trackers live role trackers and headcount reports
  • Assist with invoice processing and quality checks following training

Recruitment Assistant - What were looking for:

Were seeking someone organised proactive and passionate about recruitment.

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration (in-house or agency)
  • Strong administrative skills and experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to new tasks
