Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a strategic creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives for PebbleGo a flagship K5 digital learning platform. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in K12 edtech SaaS marketing a passion for product storytelling and a proven ability to drive customer engagement across the full lifecycle.


As a key leader on the PebbleGo go-to-market (GTM) team youll oversee a talented marketing team and oversee all efforts around product launches brand awareness digital campaigns and sales enablement. Youre someone who is comfortable managing multiple complex workstreams at once and can pivot and execute quickly while maintaining very high-quality standards. Youre also known for your ability to collaborate and have strong independent judgement in a dynamic environment.


Youll collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Product Growth Design Customer Experience and Sales teams to drive demand position our solutions effectively and elevate our brand in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role that operates at the center of a fast-paced cross-functional team and is a key partner to the VP of Growth and Strategy.


Our preference is for this role to be hybrid based out of either our Edina MN or North Mankato MN locations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the PebbleGo marketing team including daily operations mentorship and performance management.
  • Serve as a core member of the PebbleGo GTM leadership team contributing to overall product positioning strategy and growth.
  • Juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously across campaigns content creation events and internal stakeholder collaborationwhile maintaining focus on deadlines and results.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Drive marketing strategy and execution for all product launches and updates ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leadsleveraging digital content events and paid media.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging brand tone and customer value articulation across all touchpoints.

Customer & Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Customer Experience to create compelling customer communications across the full lifecyclefrom acquisition to retention.
  • Lead the creation of Sales Enablement tools whether digital or print resourcesincluding decks one-pagers and handouts that create effective sales conversations.

Events & Brand Presence

  • Own and manage our presence at key events and tradeshows ensuring brand alignment and measurable ROI.

Digital Marketing & Automation

  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows including nurture programs to support lead conversion.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media SEO/SEM paid search/display and performance analytics.

Education Experience and Skills desired:

  • 10 years of experience in SaaS marketing within K12 educational technology companies. Familiarity with elementary solutions is a plus.
  • Background as an educator in the elementary space is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven settingcomfortable managing competing priorities and high volumes of concurrent projects.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing including campaign development automation tools SEO/SEM and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the K12 edtech ecosystem including buyer personas procurement cycles and educator engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in customer lifecycle marketing with a strong grasp of acquisition onboarding retention and expansion tactics.
  • Demonstrated success managing and mentoring teams with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
  • Excellent project management storytelling and communication skills. Skills with Aha! is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working closely with Sales Design and Product teams in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 5-10% travel may be required.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered surrounding compensation including but not limited to: skill sets experience and training work location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90000-$110000.
