Main Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinating and managing interview schedules by liaising with hiring managers and candidates to confirm suitable time slots including communication via phone and email.
- Handling documentation and performing administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitating smooth interview day operations offering support to both candidates and interviewers as needed.
- Communicating interview results to candidates via email promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in organizing and representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Providing operational assistance for training processes onboarding procedures and welfare reimbursement processes as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in any field of study (New graduates are welcome).
- Good command of English particularly in reading and writing.
- Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR support is an advantage.
- Exceptional service-minded attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
