Key Responsibilities:
Result Orientation
Meet all the defined key performance indicatives and service level agreements
Take ownership track and monitor and achieve KPIs related to the process.
Ensure timely handling daily Financial Operations tasks in line with process internal operations process and ensure quality of service in always maintained.
Ensure all Contract and Prices are in place and timely updated.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are prepared and maintained for all processes handled in the Global Service Center and necessary amendments are made.
Understand the business model of the correlation Sales Order (SO) and Purchase order (PO) ensuring timely recognition of the Revenue and Cost.
Maintain Volume trackers and adhere/sustain established control mechanisms.
Meet ad hoc customer requirements/ exceptions and ensure that the requirements are fulfilled with a sense of urgency.
Continuous Improvement
Implement Kaizens Cost Saving/Value Addition Projects identified
Ensure best practices are shared within teams in the GSC.
Fosters a culture that encourages continuous improvement
Take ownership in building and maintaining Visual Management Systems as per Operational Excellence standards.
Support and play an active part in the GSC projects and digitization journey with customer implementation in GSC.
Problem Solving
Create reports on findings to make it easier to understand and discern trends and relationships.
Communicate through/with the data along with effective graphic representation and narration that is compelling and relevant to the audience
Identify and apply corrective actions on system interface & conduct necessary reconciliations.
Leadership
Lead the team and act as the person in charge when the team leader is not available
Serve as the role model for the standards expected
Train and develop new colleagues
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:
Graduate of any 4-year bachelors degree. Preferably Logistics Customs Administration and Accounting/Finance.
4 years experience in Finance & Accounting freight forwarding Supply chain management (SCM).
With project management background like Agile Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma to help promote on operational excellence.
Amenable to work during Philippine holidays.
Willing to work in early morning shift.
Skills & Competencies:
Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Time management skill: ability to handle multi-task and manage challenging deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Self-motivated individual and creative innovator.
Lead coach and promote engagement regarding challenging times.
Good stakeholder management skills and experience.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
