Job Description
Our Team
At VistaPrint Manufacturing in Venlo we are a team of dedicated engineers and operational professionals focused on delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement. Our department plays a crucial role in supporting production with technical expertise innovative solutions and lean practices that contribute to our global success.
What You Will Do
Identify scope and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize quality safety efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analyses and propose long- and short-term solutions for production issues.
Lead or support cross-functional project teams to implement new processes equipment or product introductions.
Collaborate with international Cimpress teams to align on projects and share best practices.
Analyze data perform measurements and use insights to improve workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
Create technical documentation and support in defining work standards and procedures.
Provide operational support to Engineering and Production departments (30% of time).
Train employees on new processes standards and Lean tools while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications

Higher Professional Education (HBO) degree in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering).
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
Demonstrated ability to run improvement projects with measurable outcomes (e.g. cost savings quality gains).
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills both in Dutch and English.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Minitab Power BI).
Project management experience or certification.
Exposure to international work environments or cross-cultural teams.
