Job Description
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
JOB LOCATION:Ikeja Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting networking and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
- Conduct needs assessments and consultative sales conversations to understand clients HR outsourcing needs and pain points.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure negotiating contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs reporting on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / in any related field.
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil & Gas FMCG or Financial services.
