You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships for Clariants Absorbents & Additives business in Japan. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities implementing effective sales strategies and coordinating with distributors to achieve revenue targets while representing Clariants interests in the Japanese market.
Responsibilities
Business Development - Develop and implement customer business plans - Execute key account strategies - Drive new business development and innovation sales - Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the market Sales and Marketing Strategy Implementation - Agree on sales targets and ensure their achievement - Initiate product introductions and service initiatives - Implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives - Monitor market trends and competitive landscape Distributor Management - Set targets and conduct regular performance reviews -Motivate and coach distributors to achieve business goals - Control supply/demand develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners Team Coordination - Support other account managers in their activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Coordinate stakeholders across different departments - Ensure effective communication between internal and external partners
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background is preferred Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing or technical sales experience in the chemical industry Coating & Adhesive MNC experience preferred
High self-motivation and ability to work independently
Excellent business acumen
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage challenging business environments
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
