Senior Business Development Manager
Explore an exceptional opportunity with our client where they are a leading global supply chain management company. They offer a broad spectrum of services including freight management international supply chain solutions and contract logistics. They are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Business Development Manager to join the company.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and international partners.
- Establish a functional sales reporting system to drive performance and surpass targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in regional and field sales particularly with large accounts.
- Experience in developing clients utilizing Asia to USA routes is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
- Strong proficiency in English Mandarin and Cantonese
