Key responsibilities
Support of Planning and Order Desk
- Complete management of customer orders according to needs of sales and service organization
- Coordination of customer orders in collaboration with production and other departments
- CRM management
- Management of production work orders
- Material availability check in MRP and issuing materials to production R&D and engineering departments
- Forecast adjustments to support planning accuracy
- Slot progress update based on current manufacturing stages
- Improvement approach
- Teamwork drive willingness to help and support others proactive communication
- Reporting analyzing corrective actions setting
- Administrative / logistics projects support
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Work experience on a similar position in corporate manufacturing company is advantage
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of ERP-systems and MRP is advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel Outlook)
- Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency
- Teamwork approach
