Our Expectations- Work with your hands stay on the move solve peoples problems never get bored and never stop learning! As a residential property management Maintenance Technician Lead & Painter youll provide guidance to a team of maintenance technicians and groundskeepers make recommendations for training coordinate with the community manager to ensure work processes and budgets are accurate and maintainable prepare apartments for new residents paint and touch up various units and/or buildings and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn and have an aptitude for the mechanical. This job and career path provide advantages you cant always find elsewhere even in other maintenance jobs:
- Range of work and knowledge: Youll be called on to assist with training guide and manage a team of technicians and groundskeepers assist with various repairs in vacant and occupied units painting and more.

- Full-time year-round work: You wont experience seasonal lulls the way you might as an HVAC contractor or other maintenance specialist.
