The Role
As a Principal Digital Experience (DX) Consultant at Zuhlke you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients across the APAC region with a primary focus on Singapore. Your strategic thinking product mindset and business acumen will enable you to navigate complex environments and deliver impactful solutions.
You will lead initiatives that align customer experience with technology and business strategy such as applying design thinking agile delivery and program management expertise. Youll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant supporting our clients in shaping and implementing innovative digital solutions.
Public sector domain experience is a significant plus as many of our engagements involve working with government and public-facing services.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement strategies that drive digital transformation ensuring alignment with clients business and service goals.
- Shape innovative products and services from concept to delivery grounded in Design Thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance and strategic direction across client engagements.
- Lead consultative sales and pre-sales efforts identifying business development opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver digital solutions that scale.
- Coach and mentor team members supporting both their growth and client success.
- Champion Design Thinking and inclusive design across solutions and platforms.
- Apply deep knowledge of Agile methodologies to lead delivery across teams and portfolios.
- Drive program management across complex multi-stream digital initiatives ensuring alignment of vision scope timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and their implications for clients and industries.
- Represent Zuhlke at industry events and conferences contributing to thought leadership and community engagement.
- Lead staffing and capacity planning for Digital Experience projects ensuring the right expertise is applied at the right time.
What Is Important to Us
- Strong product thinking and product management experience.
- Deep understanding of Design Thinking CX Service Design and user-centered design in complex environments.
- Public sector domain experience is a strong advantage including understanding of regulatory constraints procurement and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Proven experience in program or portfolio management of digital initiatives.
- Fluency in Agile delivery including experience with Scrum Kanban and/or scaled agile frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ambiguity into action.
- Consulting orientation with a focus on client impact and value creation.
- Clear and confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and enabling others.
