Job Description

This role is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand our partners brands commercial priorities market trends and challenges.- Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize findings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising digital and in-store efforts internally and externally with partners.- Work with Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams globally to identify and develop partner strategies and communication plans including advertising digital channels and the partners owned marketing channels in-store and online. - Develop and drive global processes across Apple products and services to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner work as well as the efficiency of the path to get there.- Collaborate extensively across many teams internationally and locally both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers Retailers Banks SMBs and Enterprise Resellers Media Content Providers and more.- Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers sharing standard processes findings and case studies to.- Business travel required up to 35% time.


  • 8 years of proven experience in international account management and/or strategy at advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand.
  • Experience in brand communications - from strategy to creative production and execution to analysis of results.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (social e-CRM e-commerce platforms content performance marketing digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver the most compelling product experience throughout the customer journey.
  • This role will heavily focus on Thailand market so language proficiency in Thai is required.


  • Experience in delving deep into a partners business marketing strategy and consumer insights to understand challenges and find opportunities.
  • Passion for great work seeing potential and nourishing it with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external partners to drive the work forward.
  • Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy build innovative communication plans and develop great creative and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment as a member of a high-performing team yet also have the ability to lead.
  • Ability to build rapport credibility and influence across multiple partners in a highly matrixd organization.
  • Experience in understanding business and product strategy and consumer insights to build a global communications strategy for partners.
