Join our dynamic and collaborative team at Zendesk a global leader in customer service software where youll play a pivotal role in our commercial success. As a RevOps Deal Support Sr. Specialist you will be the engine that drives deal velocity and ensures compliance working closely with our sales team and other key stakeholders. What youll be doing

  • Efficiently process sales orders and complex deals including new business renewals and product expansions ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team providing expert guidance on contract compliance deal structure and internal approval processes.

  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance Legal and Revenue Recognition to expedite urgent and exceptional deals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve pre-signature inquiries and sales-related support tickets ensuring a smooth and efficient deal flow.

  • Contribute to root cause analysis for escalated deals helping to identify systemic issues and prevent future roadblocks.

  • Diligently monitor and achieve individual performance metrics (SLAs) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on data analysis and process improvement under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Be open to adjusting shift schedules as needed to support our global business operations.


What you bring to the role

Required Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales operations order management billing or deal desk support role within the BPO IT or software industry.

  • General knowledge of sales cycle processes and contract compliance.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM tools with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.

  • A keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various internal stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with billing or subscription management platforms like Zuora.

  • A background in supporting a B2B software as a service (SaaS) business model.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

  • A degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
