Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Brand Development
- Lead and manage the Digital team which includes Digital Analysts specializing in Social Media Influencer Marketing Search SEO and Direct Marketing.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between digital marketing functions to create integrated and high-impact campaigns.
Social Media and Influencer Marketing Oversight
- Provide strategic direction for social media initiatives ensuring alignment with brand identity and digital objectives.
- Oversee content development engagement strategies and performance analysis across social platforms.
- Guide influencer marketing efforts including influencer selection partnership management and campaign performance tracking.
- Ensure content quality and consistency across all social and influencer marketing efforts.
Search and SEO Strategy
- Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads and social media advertising) ensuring optimal budget allocation and performance.
- Provide strategic direction for SEO efforts including technical SEO keyword research and content optimization.
- Monitor and analyze search performance metrics ensuring continuous improvements in rankings traffic and conversions.
- Guide A/B testing and experimentation for search advertising to maximize ROI.
Direct Marketing and CRM
- Lead direct marketing initiatives including email marketing SMS campaigns and CRM optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy segmentation and compliance in all CRM-related activities.
- Oversee campaign performance tracking and optimization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
Team Management and Performance Optimization
- Mentor and develop the Digital team fostering a culture of innovation accountability and growth.
- Set clear objectives KPIs and performance metrics for each function within the team.
- Ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business goals.
- Drive continuous learning and development opportunities for the team to stay ahead of industry trends.
Stakeholder and Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing strategies collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on digital performance analysis and industry trends.
- Support business development efforts by presenting digital marketing solutions and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in online marketing strategies including social media paid ads SEO influencer marketing and direct marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends tools and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing advertising creative and technology industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills using creativity data analysis reasoning and available resources to drive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
