Your main duties in flying with us:
- To acquire new hotel / chain partners to manage chain / hotel accounts according to assignment by Area Manager / Senior Market Manager to manage relationship with chain partners review and improve commercial conditions obtained from chain partners that are not limited to getting promo rates and increasing margin.
- To monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability at all times.
- To support related departments on customer bookings..
- Accountable to fulfil SLA achieve own KPI target and achieve overall hotel departments target and KPI.
- To review and evaluate chain performances and improve business production to chain partners.
- Monitor review and improve hotel contents to reflect accurate hotel information and facility details to improve overall chain bookings
- To support and participate on companys campaign / tactical promotion projects.
- To invite & sign chains on special agreement to improve margin and competitiveness
- To conduct presentations / workshops to chain partners to strengthen overall relationship.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in hospitality tourism business or related fields.
- Familiarity with industry trends and operations including extranets and channel managers
- Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint for reports presentations and data management.
- Strong written and spoken English for professional communication.
- Ability to analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Skilled in organizing records managing tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Collaborative and supportive with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
