Senior Officer Community Enrichment
Responsibilities:
- Promote HKSTP Incubation and Acceleration Programmes and portfolio companies to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
- Be a key member of the team in organising engagement events and activities for Science Park mentors alumni and startups
- Handle enquiries
- Contribute to preparation of marketing materials and statistical reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communication or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement programme support or marketing and event management preferably in Innovation & Technology industry or a startup environment
- Innovative dynamic self-motivated detail-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) design tools (Canva) and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
