Job Descriptions:
- Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition create awareness increase attraction equip recruiters and associates nurturing to increase scale.
- Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates
- Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Companys business initiatives.
- Build & maintain strategic relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally
- Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.
- Prepare & monitor budget and manpower utilization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above preferably with agency management background
- Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI CFP FChFP etc
- 9 years or above agency management business development or/and learning & development
- Experience in life insurance industry
- 4 years or above management experience
- Familiar with agency culture
- Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
- Proficient in written & spoken English Putonghua and Cantonese
- Good analytical interpersonal communication & leading skills
