Role Description:
Were looking for a high-potential intern to join the Adult Vaccine Marketing team at Our Company. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution digital content social media and cross-functional event coordination across both consumer and HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns: preparation administrative support onsite assistance and post-activity reporting
- Assist in managing social media & content calendar: reviewing coordinating and posting across platforms including Veeva
- Involve in digital storytelling and visual documentation for our signature initiatives such as Wall of Fame
- Contribute to internal newsletters and post-event recaps (bi-weekly monthly quarterly)
- Assist with promo material QC delivery and vendor arrangement for offline events
KPIs
- 100% readiness before D-3 of campaign
- > 90% support satisfaction score
- On-time content posting
- Report delivery within 5 working days
Candidate Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Marketing Business Communications Public Relation Science Medical or any other related background
- Fresh graduates from a top 5 local or reputable international university are welcome.
- Passionate about marketing branding and campaign innovation
- Active experience in student leadership freelance/event projects or part-time work
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) adaptable detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel and creative tools like Canva or Adobe
Internship Duration: 3 months
