Midlands Region Regional hubs in Wolverhampton & Walsall
Full-time Hybrid working available
Are you a commercially astute leader with a passion for delivering excellence in the built environment Were looking for aCommercial Managerto join our Midlands team supporting a diverse portfolio ofPlanned Decarbonisation and High-Rise works.
What Youll Do
As a Commercial Manager youll lead all commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases ensuring robust governance profitability and performance. Youll:
- Drive financial outcomes across turnover profit cash flow and rebate targets.
- Lead tender strategies and project business plans.
- Manage commercial reporting risk and contract compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients consultants and the supply chain.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Champion innovation sustainability and corporate responsibility.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in commercial management withinsocial housing construction or maintenancesectors.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across varied contract types and durations.
- Ideally aBSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
