Job Description
Handle RMA and customer complaint to ensure that issue is not repeated and customer gets satisfying FAR timely.
Perform the evaluation of new product introduction to ensure that product have stable quality when phasing in volume production phase.
Infeed material quality assurance for internal critical raw material.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor or above degree in electronic telecom communication and engineering related background
6 years work experience in telecom system level companies
More than 5 yearsexperience on quality management in large enterprises
Have been engaged inprocess quality control and customer quality control for more than two years
