Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
Project:
You will be supporting customers of Kaizen Gaming a gaming and sports betting company based in Greece. It operates popular brands providing online sports betting casino games and virtual sports to customers in several countries. The company focuses on delivering innovative and responsible gaming experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting customers with account-related queries such as account setup password resets and account verification.
- Providing basic technical support to help customers navigate the platform or troubleshoot common technical problems.
- Educating customers on how to use the platform including features and functionalities.
- Ensuring that all customer interactions comply with company policies procedures and regulations.
- Gathering customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B1)
- You live in Sofia Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Interest in Sports

Relocation package:
- Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
- The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
