Propery Control Assistant (FWS)

Assist with receiving and delivering incoming parcels purchase orders office supplies

Assist with preparing electronic delivery logs

Assist with data entry into PeopleSoft and Bar Code Asset tracking system

Assist with preparing Receipt Delivery Reports from PeopleSoft system

Assist with tagging of equipment

Assist with keeping shipping and receiving warehouse organized and clean

Assist with picking up surplus property (computers printers TVs etc.) and record boxes Assist with property inventories

Assist with data entry into Oracle Property System

Assist with keeping property/records/surplus warehouse organized and clean.

• Must have a valid California Drivers License
• Required to lift up to 75lbs and be comfortable walking across campus to provide deliveries to departments.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
