About the role

As our AI Sales Architect (reporting to the CEO) youll design and deploy AI agents that act as true colleagues to our sales team. These agents will eliminate admin work surface insights before humans even ask and coach reps in real time after calls.
Youll choose the tools use the newest MCP connectors tap into the latest large language models and build workflows that others will copy years from now.

What youll drive

    • Build AI sales copilots that prepare reps before calls capture every insight during calls and coach them afterward.
    • Spot opportunities before theyre obvious by detecting buying signals across channels and routing them with context.
    • Design the next-gen sales stackselect the models integrations and automations that keep us ahead.
    • Turn messy data into instant clarity so sales never wastes a minute on admin.
    • Continuously experimentship improvements weekly test new AI capabilities and measure real-world impact.

What you bring

    • Experience designing workflows and systems that connect product data and people
    • Comfort working with modern CRMs (HubSpot a plus) and integrating AI-powered tools
    • A builders mindsetyou focus on whats possible more than whats always been done
    • Curiosity about emerging models connectors and AI infrastructureand the skill to turn them into business impact
    • A bias for shipping quickly learning from results and improving fast
