Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript GlideScript and Jelly
Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST APIs MID Servers and Web Services
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Manage the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including user management roles groups and permissions
Configure and customize the platform to meet business needs including UI updates form creation and module enhancements
Perform regular health checks system updates and upgrades to maintain platform stability and compliance
Monitor ServiceNow performance and troubleshoot any technical issues or incidents
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions within the platform
Maintain CMDB data integrity by implementing effective governance practices
Manage platform security including ACLs encryption and integrations with authentication systems (e.g. SSO LDAP)
Develop and maintain platform documentation including workflows scripts and procedures
Provide training and support to end users addressing technical issues and optimizing user experience
Coordinate with ServiceNow support for bug fixes feature requests and issue resolution
