Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 9 years relevant experience in construction management implementation testing and commissioning for major communications systems such as commercial radio network essential radio system telephone system data transmission network and public address system and operations interface works
- Solid experience in operating railway projects and knowledgeable in communications systems
- Knowledge of computer-based and software applications for integrating passenger information and station control is an advantage
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- Required to perform overnight works

Responsibilities
- Undertake contractor supervision duties for the implementation of various communications systems projects in the operating railways
- Witness testing and commissioning works carry out site inspections support the project team in verifying contractors drawings handle day-to-day safety inspections conduct handover inspections and maintain on-site records as well as quality and safety management
- Coordinate interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered safely on time and in compliance with specified technical and quality requirements
