Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused Game Attendants/Event Hosts to join our team! You are the face of our company leaving both a first and last impression on all our guests as they have a great time at our facility. As a Host you would be working with our team to ensure memorable experiences for our guests every day. We are looking for people with a dedication to excellent customer service and an ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Youll have flexible schedules attraction/food/beverage discounts and a fun job putting smiles on our guests faces. Customer service experience is a plus but no experience necessary. Great as a full time part-time during school or first job! There will also be opportunities for career growth as our new establishment continues to grow.
Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and answer questions
- Assist guests with finding their event
- Setting up / tearing down buffets/private events
- Give rules and monitor WhirlyBall Laser-tag and bowling
- Serving food and beverages
- Assist team members with miscellaneous tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Schedule/Shifts:
We are open 7 days a week from noon until 10pm or 11pm and have weekday weeknight and weekend shifts available. Position is part-time or full-time depending on your availability. First job after-school or part-time applicants welcome!

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems
- Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

WhirlyBall Twin Cities is a complete entertainment destination with three WhirlyBall courts (a bumper-car sport) laser-tag bowling private meeting/party rooms and a restaurant & bar. Compensation: $14.00 per hour
